Rates
Any prices given by Asia Exotica are quoted per person / per room as indicated. All prices include VAT and any other relevant taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless specified differently on the confirmation email.
Most hotels require compulsory special gala dinners on Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and sometimes on national and/or other festive occasions in each country. This is a compulsory charge, and will be invoiced accordingly.
Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation with all requested services. If any service cannot be confirmed, we will send you an alternative option to consider.
Child Policy
Children between the age of 2 and before reaching the age of 12 years are granted a 25% discount on transfers, excursions and package tours provided they share the room with adults and do not require an extra bed. A maximum of two children per party is granted for such discounts. (Subject of the allowed maximum allowed occupancy of the hotels). Children requiring their own rooms are charged as adults.
Payment
Full prepayment by bank transfer is required at least 28 days before commencement of services. For travel during peak season, cruises, air tickets as well as for destinations/services with high demand, there may be different advance payment regulations. We will inform you of the payment conditions at the time of the booking. The client must pay any international bank fees that occur. Failure to pay the booking within the time limit given may result in the cancellation of services.
Payment by credit card is only possible in Thai Baht. There will be an additional charge to cover bank fees for all other credit card payments.
Amendments/Cancellations
We reserve the right to charge amendment fees which are in line with agreements between the accommodation and / or service providers and us.
The exact cancellation conditions vary according to the services booked. We will inform of the details at the time of booking. Please read the cancellation conditions carefully.
Force Majeur
During the term of your stay, neither party shall be in default of its obligations to the extent that its performance is delayed or prevented by causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, bankruptcy of a vendor, strikes and other labor disturbances, acts of war, or civil disturbances, or other equivalent or comparable events. We recommend checking the details of such events beyond the control of us with your travel insurance company.
Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify and to saving the company from any harm and against all damage or injury (including death) to property or person(s) resulting from intentional or negligent acts or omissions from their respective officers, employees, agents, contractor or subcontractor in connection with the performance of this agreement.
Legal Note
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of each respective country (and/or applicable in relation to the country it is legally represented). Parties agree to submit any dispute arising between the parties under this agreement to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the respectable Arbitration Institute, Office of the Judiciary applicable at the time of submission of the dispute to arbitration and the conduct of the arbitration thereof shall be under the auspices of the specific Arbitration Institute accordingly.
Liability
We act as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, all transport operators and local tourist offices providing services. We are therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the traveler, including those occurring outside the touring programs. Any additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the traveler. The itinerary of the excursion, package and/or tour cannot be altered or changed without prior permission from us.
